As you have read before, 'Husband' and I have been plotting to make the move to New York and live the dream ever since we returned from holidaying there in January.
However a few things have stopped us from doing this.

The main reason is that we have both found it difficult to find jobs that will both sponsor us and let us stay for a 1 year or so. How very dare they!
The other reason is that 'husband' has been offered a short term contract to work in Wellington, New Zealand, working on the visual effects for a little film that 'may or may not' involve short mythical creatures with hairy feet!
So at least one of us will be getting to Tick #43 off the list. I will just have to live vicariously through him for the time being.
